The sixteenth night of the tournament took place on August 8th, 2023 at Act City Hamamatsu in Naka-ku, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan.
The Night of Bad Taste
In this unusual format, entitled "The Night of Bad Taste", Flemish movie director Jan Verheyen did, several years in a row, present a somewhat eccentric movie-buff audience with a long succession of material from pictures that never made it into mainstream, being to gore, obscene, clumsy, grotesque etcetera to make the production work in its genre (in many cases horror) but somehow funny or fascinating in their own right as accidental persiflage, some almost bloopers which surprisingly survived the final cut.

Star Trek: Secret Voyage - Whose Birth These Triumphs Are
Secret Voyage takes place after the completion of the U.S.S. Enterprise's 5 year mission under legendary Captain James T. Kirk and before the events portrayed in "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". The story begins with Captain Calvin Mercer being called into the office of Admiral Hernadez office and asked to take on a secret mission before he finds out what it is. Bored with his ground assignments Mercer accepts. The mission that he chose to accept involves taking the refurbished Enterprise to the edge of known space and brokering a treaty with an alien race that has developed a new fuel that promises to revolutionize space travel. What seems like a straight forward mission involving first contact with a strange new world and new civilization quickly turns into something much more complicated with sinister overtones and hints of betrayal from within Star Fleet, or...someone else. Autumn

Their first journey took Jay and Mia to Frensham Great Pond, a beloved spot surrounded by vibrant autumn trees. As they walked along the water's edge, the cool breeze and golden leaves filled them with joy. They laughed, skipped stones, and admired the reflections of amber and red across the pond. For their second adventure, Pitar joined Jay and Mia at Sandy Hill in Aldershot, one of the highest points in the area. From the top, they could see all of Aldershot and even Farnborough in the distance. Deep Purple: Made In Japan
Made in Japan was recorded live over three nights during 15–17 August 1972 at Festival Hall, Osaka and at Budokan, Tokyo, Japan. Four of the tracks come from the album Machine Head which had been released earlier that year. The album was at first seen as somewhat unimportant by the band members, and only Roger Glover and Ian Paice showed up to mix it. The release in the US was delayed, until April 1973, because Warner Bros. wanted to release Who Do We Think We Are first. The three concerts recorded were later released as Live in Japan 3-CD box set (1993). According to the liner notes for that set, unlike many live albums, there are no overdubs or studio additions to the original album.
