Dirty Dog, Cool Cat's archenemies and rival, is spreading the corona virus to everyone and all the kids, while also trying to convince them that the whole pandemic is a scam. He believes no one should wear a mask. However, Cool Cat must step up to the plate, and put a stop to Dirty Dog's intentions of clearing half the population of COVID-19.
