A secret organization has discovered a strange new bacterium on the ocean floor and a freak storm causes this "black goo" to escape while the crew seems to be transforming into evil, grotesque, mermaids. Can Dr. Benjamin Martin and Deputy Thomas be lucky enough to survive yet another creature from the BCU (Bog Creature Universe)?
