The Golden Boys

Three retired sea captains living together in genteel squalor. They scheme to improve their fortunes by having one of them solicit a bride through an ad in a Boston newspaper. The loser of a coin toss must get married and take in the other two as boarders. But upon the arrival of the Nantucket woman selected from the applicants, the captains get cold feet.

Mountain Rhythm

Cavanaugh and McCauley are after the ranchers land. When the Government announces the land will be put up for auction, the ranchers pool their money only to have it stolen by Cavanaugh's men. They then plan to sell their cattle but Cavanaugh announces a fake gold strike and the cowhands all leave. But Gene's hobo friend the Judge says he will get the cattle to market and he sends out a signal to his hobo friends.

Mike Morri (Sean Kanan), is a cargo ship captain who works the sea ports on a constant basis. He's a traditional Italian with definite opinions about family and propriety. On one of his working trips to the port of Algiers, he has a chance meeting with Nabila (Sanaz Alexander), a beautiful Algerian woman who has become the property of a cruel and demanding leader of the Fundamentalist Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) through her parents' unpaid debts at their deaths.
