A small village in a large sea. Two young dogs, Tom and Fluffy are in love with each other. Their friend, Oskar the dog, is a newly invented machine for sugar. Tom Tinker's Pony Patter
Camera iris opens to six ponies with decorated harnesses and plumed halters, standing in the center of a stage with a painted backdrop of mountains.
