Real estate agent John Dante has a problem. He's stuck with a house he can't sell. It's WWIII, and the Englishmen has established a base near the east coast of England. Some leaked information also tells the Norwegians that the Englishmen has plans of attacking Norway, taking the Russian side of the war. The Norwegian General sends Corporal Normann, with his loyal Private Refsdal over the ocean to attack the 9th base from the north, called Base 9.
