Rigoletto - Semperoper Dresden

Both Florez and Diana Damrau brought their bel canto expertise and superb vocalism to the service of Verdi's music. The Rigoletto, Zeljko Lucic, ran the gamut from tenderness with his Gilda to thundering fury with everyone else. I also liked the production. At first, when Rigoletto was putting on his grease paint during the overture, I was afraid that it might be a typical "Euro-trash" production, with a bit of warmed over I Pagliacci. But the sets and dramatic action really served the music and libretto. I would have to say that I came to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the story and characters as a result of seeing this performance.

Bari Lai Lai Lai

The story of Bari Lai Lai Lai follows Sita, a passionate writer who plans to create a vibrant music video. She enlists two models, Nikhil and Sanchita, to bring her vision to life. Nikhil, a strong and confident man, meets Sanchita, a beautiful and charming young woman, for the first time at Tower Bridge in London. From the very first moment, Nikhil is captivated by Sanchita's elegance, proving that first impressions truly last forever. As the music video unfolds, their chemistry grows naturally, and what begins as a professional collaboration blossoms into genuine love. The two fall for each other during the shoot and eventually start living together, their romance becoming a heartfelt part of the story behind the song. This music video combines the themes of love, destiny, and the magic of a first encounter against the iconic backdrop of London.

Thaman has scored the music under the audio label of Five Star Audios.

Papa leans out of the window and tries to reach the musician when he loses his balance and falls on top of the player, when a scrimmage follows, much to the discomfort of all concerned. Exceedingly funny.

The Private Police

After the war, Kijima (Bunta Sugawara) returns to Tokyo where he meets Ôba (Noboru Andô), an Ex-Kamikaze pilot, and the two ruffians gather hooligans to join their group. In Ginza, the Togawa gang have taken over Sakurada's territory. After several fights Kijima and Ôba gain control of the territory by chasing out the notorious Togawa Group in the name of Sakurada. But Kijima is arrested for assaulting an American soldier. A few years pass. Kijima has served his prison term and the sears of war have been erased from Ginza. Ôba is now president of a company specializing in collection of bad debts, cheque frauds and everything that means money. People call their organization the “Private Police,” and Kijima begins to work for Ôba. Now the Takegami gang waits a chance to seize the Ginza territory.
