Rosy-Fingered Dawn is a film on Terrence Malick. This medley of voices has given origin to a journey throughout the whole United States, from California to Colorado, from Virginia to Minnesota, passing by New York and Los Angeles. Every stop represents an ideal set in which all the characters of the films come to life once again giving place to a growing flow of memories. The narrative dimension of Malick's cinema resounds and opens a new horizon on the visible contradictions of the American culture; no easy judgement but a critical consciousness is what emerges from this coral speech, together with a definite need: the necessity of art. A need that Terrence Malick was able to satisfy.

While our photographers were crossing the Atlantic Ocean a most wonderful and sensational picture was secured, showing a storm at sea. The picture was secured by lashing the camera to the after bridge of the Kaiserine Maria Theresa, of the North German Lloyd Line, during one of its roughest voyages. The Red Box: The Infinite War of Antoni Campañà

Hidden in a house, about to be demolished, in the town of Sant Cugat del Vallès, located in the Spanish province of Barcelona, two red boxes are found; and inside them a totally unexpected treasure: thousands of photographs that the Republican photographer Antoni Campañà Bandranas (1906-89) took during the three years of the Spanish Civil War (1936-39); an enormous frieze of daily life in cruel times.

Emergency Landing

An American bomber is shot down on the Norwegian coast during World War II. The airmen bail out and land at different locations. In spite of the German search for them, the Norwegian resistance picks them up and hides them in the attic of the local church, a center of operations. Things become tense, however, when the hideout is spotted by a notorious collaborator, and soon the protagonist, Hans, has to get the airmen to Sweden.
