Maradonna (Shanthnoo) is an aimless youngster who likes to waste his time doing practically nothing other than fooling around. For him everything in life is Oru Rasam (just fun). He likes to take the easy way out and lacks focus in his life. He is the only son of Joseph (Lalu Alex), a Banker and Mary (Ambika), who dotes on him. The only person who has a soft corner for him is the beautiful Sofia (Nithya Menon) who has a limp and is the daughter of a failed filmmaker, Kuruvilla (Vijayaraghavan). Maradonna messes up his life by getting into company of friends and starting an internet café that fails and to recoup his losses and attracted by ‘easy money’ he gets into drugs. Soon he is conned and loses everything after pledging his house to a ‘blade’ moneylender (Salim Kumar).

In a village named Ilavattam there lives a man by the name of Gopalakrishna Pillai. He is a man with diverse qualities. Basically he is a moneylender, but not the avaricious kind. He lends money at very low interest-rates but makes it a point to get his money back on the date agreed upon. The story takes a turn when a bank, named Grand Bank opens up in the village, offering to give out loans at very low interest. The manager of the bank is a young lady named Jayalakshmi. She has made her entry into the village with a very definite purpose. All this, plus the very different kind of bonding between Gopalakrishna Pillai and his mother, form the plot, which develops towards a very interesting climax.
Pain
Dad catches a ball badly, injuring his finger. His guttural scream instantly hushes the entire sports complex. Sarah is paralysed. She barely recognises him; red faced, clutching his hand and crying. In the sanctuary of the locker changing rooms, Sarah explores and tests theories about what has happened with her Dad. The theater group within the prison of Cuatro Caminos, which includes a total of six prisoners-eight volunteers, it was decided to stage the play "12 Angry Men". However, his dream will be lowered when a contagious infection forced to remain isolated inside. Fear and lack of information to jump trigger alarms and the group is consumed by stress.
