Wanting to become famous and “wipe the nose” of the “one-on-one” Salo, who became famous for breeding rabbits, two village boys, Yava Ren’ and Pavlusha Kryvorot’ko (in the novel Zavhorodniy), choose the career of bullfighters. However, on this path they are faced with difficult trials: the Ukrainian cattle are patient and good-natured, but have their own dignity.

Monkey From the Island of Sarugashima
The Dragon, the lord of the sea, fell seriously ill. The court doctor Jellyfish, prescribed him a liver of Monkey. So they had to look for someone who could leave the sea and go to the land. They chose a Turtle. The Turtle brings the Monkey to the Dragon on the pretext that there are growing peeled bananas there. However, the Monkey, having learned from the Dolphin the plans of the Turtle, deceives her and forces to return to the island.

7 Dwarves: The Forest Is Not Enough
Snow White asks the seven dwarfs for help, because if they don't manage to find out the name of a little boy (Rumpelstiltskin) within two days, her newborn child will be taken away from her. The journey takes the dwarves to a depressive, rhyming Pinocchio and the omniscient wizard Helge, among others, and all the way to the world of humans.
