On arrival, Tham meets Jate, the grandson of the former abbot. Jate makes hoon payon, enchanted effigies of the dead. Tham learns of a rumour that Tae vanished after murdering the abbot.

Cafe Tacuba - Un Viaje
Mexican band Cafe Tacuba celebrates 15 years of making--and often revolutionizing--Spanish rock with Un Viaje. This lush, luxurious live set includes three discs of music and one electrifying DVD. The group has culled the best moments from a two-night stand in Oct. 2004 at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, and the results are consistently electric. Every song, every rhythm, every guitar lick, every laugh is important, a not-to-be-missed moment. Small Lights
Valerie is a self-confident and modern woman - she commutes between L.A., where she works, and Berlin, where she lives with her partner above the rooftops of the city. When he falls ill and falls into a coma, she wakes up at his bedside. Valerie decides to return to L.A. one last time, burn all her bridges there and move to Berlin for good. She decides to record a video diary for her absence and begins to narrate for her loved one the day before her departure. Intended as simple messages of love, Valerie's memories are suddenly unleashed in the midst of the recordings. Playfully, she loses her shyness in front of the camera, her emotions burst forth and allow her to relive the story of her great love. What began as a game becomes a reckoning with life and love.

Hamaguchi wrote and directed this film as a graduation project for the students at ENBU Seminar (film and theater school in Tokyo) when he taught there. It is a three-part film: The first part is a documentary-style production of a play; Then the actual full stage production of the play; and the epilogue. Poetry and written words play the central role in the movie.
