But so far, to her regret, there has never been a truly private moment between them. Altkirch Strategy Consulting is a management consultancy that looks after the profitability of ailing companies. Their latest assignment is the mechanical engineering company Salerno AG in Oberhausen. Once there, it quickly becomes clear that the company's employees do not see the team of consultants as helpers, but rather as the enemy.
