This DVD is the record of the concert, recorded in November 2003, at Olympia, in São Paulo, and shows the band in one of their best moments. One Live Days brings together the best of the repertoire of "Paralamas do Sucesso". The new work of the group has several special appearances. The track "Uns Dias" features the special participation of Frejat, "dueling" with Herbert on an unforgettable guitar solo. Given Villa Lobos in "What country is this?" and "Soldier of Peace", Nando Reis in "Having the Moon", Djavan in "Lantern of the Drowned" and "Uma Brasileira", and other consecrated stars.
