The film follows the events of the night of February 4, 1992 in Caracas, Venezuela. That night a group of military rebels staged a coup d'etat. Venezuelans found themselves as virtual prisoners. As the coup starts and fighting takes place from a military base which is in the center of the city's most affluent areas, with both luxury high rises and palatial mansions. The area of La Carlota provides a wealth of very interesting, often flamboyant and typical characters of the Latin America upper middle and upper classes. They are among the most affected. Various vignettes in these different characters' homes are developed. These people's reactions, lifestyles, vices, and humanity come out in a very honest fashion under duress.

Renato is a grandfather enthusiastically, with a weak and sick body that holds prisoner in his own home, on top of a mountain, from where views of the sea, both longs and dreams of return. Renato has three children to know their real needs and make decisions for him without asking: Montserrat, who has for caring setting aside their own interests and wants to resume his life. Anita, the second daughter, accidentally pregnant at 45, disillusioned and marriage in crisis, so focused on their personal problems, that does not perceive those of others, not even his own daughter. Life of a Mutt
Through seven scenes, the film follows the life and destinies of stray dogs from the margins of our society, leading us to reconsider our attitude towards them. Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.

Yusuf, who attacked seven people with a knife in the middle of the street, begins to tell his life story in court. Yusuf, who was orphaned at a young age, has led a painful life due to poverty. Unable to attend school, he resorted to gambling to make a living. The young man, who was constantly subjected to injustice, pushed around, and spent his youth in prisons, saw his every attempt at redemption shattered. The story of an unhappy gambler whose life was spent in prison, and a woman who escaped from a brothel and sought to return to an honorable life.

Life flows in its everyday reality, but then suddenly something elusive changes its course. All that is left is the chance to plunge into memories where everything is preserved, as if in a museum.
