Braving the odds as a pandemic has struck the world, a courageous group of Indigenous Canadians continue on the four year horse ride they began a year prior. They are pushing to bring awareness to the over-representation of Indigenous children in care and the adults who lost their way as a result of the residential school system and of inter-generational trauma.

A poor college student, Vikram Veerpratap Singh, living with his widowed grandmother, becomes infatuated with a wealthy beauty, Shweta Sangwan, initially woos her unsuccessfully, but is able to win a place in her heart when he comes to her rescue. Gunpowder
At the end of September 1941, Soviet artillery troops in besieged Leningrad realize that pretty soon they will fire their last shot, and after that the defense of the city will be doomed. The film is based on a true event: a small group of fearless soldiers transported a large supply of gunpowder through enemy lines to Leningrad.
Re/cycle
With input from actor and writer Jan Hlobil, director and cinematographer Rene Smaal presents a film in the true surrealist tradition, in the sense that only 'found' elements were used, and that it defies interpretation based on ordinary cause-and-effect time sequence.
