This parade will not organize formations of veterans who directly fought in the war of resistance; instead, veterans, retired comrades, former militia members, exemplary local figures who supported the front, and relatives of fallen martyrs will be invited to Tiananmen to watch the ceremony. At the same time, veterans of the War of Resistance from the Kuomintang will also be invited to attend as honored guests.
